A graduate of Rutgers University and the US Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, Dan spent six years on active duty as a Security Forces Officer. During this time, he realized what he liked most about the job was training Airmen in physical fitness and outdoor survival skills. In 2012, after his second overseas deployment, he decided it was time to take what he had learned and dedicate himself to training people in fitness, survival and outdoor readiness. As co-founder of Axistence Athletics, Dan spends everyday looking to take care of and positively change his members' lives.
Dan has an extremely varied approach to fitness, and does not subscribe to the dogma of any one fitness system. He takes the best practices from each discipline, combining them together to develop programs that produce strong, flexible, and healthy individuals.
Dan went on to create Axistence Athletics as an outlet to train people in the Denver, Colorado area. Dan doesn't normally speak in the third person, however, upon extensive research on internet etiquette, he realized that it seems to be the norm.
