Axistence Instructor and former NCAA gymnast, Kylie Shields is breaking down the skills and drills you can use to become better acquainted with the mystical creatures that are handstands and pistols. Utilizing research and experience, she will focus and address educational and best practice tips for all levels.

This 90-minute opportunity will also include restorative and recovery exercises. It’s purpose of her class will be to lay a foundation that will both add depth as well as enjoyment to your workout and life goals regarding finding a balance within handstands, pistols and restoration.
Wednesday, Oct. 28th 10:30am-12pm Axistence Athletics.
Cost is $15 for Axistence Members and $25 for Guests
About Kylie Shields
A graduate of Auburn University, Kylie has spent her entire life within the realm of fitness. She started at a young age in gymnastics and followed her passion through collegiate competition and coaching. She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga instructor and currently pursuing a Master's in Sport & Performance Psychology through the University of Denver. We are extremely happy to have her on staff at Axistence Athletics!
