AMRAP - As Many Reps as Possible in X minutes. For example 7 min Burpees
Tabata - 8 rounds of 20 sec on/10 sec off
Death by - the death by protocol is, you do one rep the first minute, 2 reps the second, 3 the third, etc... until you can't complete the
given reps within the minute you are in.
Lunge Ladder - Same as death by, but instead you lunge across the room between reps instead of resting for the rest of the minute.
For example: one pushup, lunge to the other end of the room, 2 pushups, lunge, 3 pushups, until you can't.
