Class description: Join Coach Jake for a series of full-body boxing workouts that focus on technique, strength, skill, and cardio. Class is scalable for both novice and experienced athletes. Supplement your regular workouts with the boxing class or come more often to master skills faster.

- If you're not feeling well, please stay home (fever, cough, etc.)*
* We will also be taking temperatures prior to the start of class each day
- If you have a known exposure to a person infected with COVID-19, you must notify the coach immediately
- We will continue our protocols of social distancing, mask wearing, and cleaning during every session
- Although unlikely, if we are legally forced into another shut-down, we will transition to an online class format and ensure all members have the necessary equipment at home
