Think of this as the best of both worlds!
You get the fun and energy of a group class, combined with the personalization and attention of a personal training session.
It's a 1 hour session, with a maximum group size of 4 people.
It meets 2-3x/week, and you get a "custom program" tailored specifically to your goals, needs, and current limitations.
And....it comes at a fraction of the cost of hiring a personal trainer.
Not to mention, since you'll have others working out alongside you, it's not weird and awkward having your trainer watch your EVERY move...
