The Strictly Strength Specialty Program is an offshoot of the Women's Lifting Group started by coach Elizabeth Gregory. Once she made partner at her law firm (she's a badass in and out of the training center) and moved away, we knew had some strong shoes to fill.
Although we train ALL modalities here at Axistence, we do have a bit of a strength bias... And for a damn good reason. We know that the stronger you are, the less risk you have of injuring yourself, life becomes easier, and best of all, you can do a lot more cool shit.
The Strictly Strength Program can be paired alongside our classic Axistence programming, or á la carte. It's really up to you and your goals.
Here are the deets:
Intent: To learn, practice, and become proficient in developing total body strength. The best athletes in the world are the ones are proficient in the fundamentals.
- 6 Week Training Cycle
- 2 days per week + Access to "Open Gym" classes (Wednesday @ 6:30am, 12:00pm, 5:00pm)
- Accountability with group members and coach
- "On Your Own" (highly encouraged) 3rd session to be performed during Open Gym or at home
- Maximum of 8 slots total
- 6:30pm to 7:45 on Monday and Thursday nights
- Starts Monday, May 10th
- $225 Per Person
******There may be potential for another earlier class time (Tuesdays & Fridays @ 8:30am if there is enough interest)*******

Due to these strange and apocalyptic times, we need to address several frequently asked questions.
- If you're not feeling well, please stay home (fever, cough, etc.)
- If you have a known exposure to a person infected with COVID-19, please notify the coach immediately
- We will continue our protocols of social distancing and cleaning during every session
- Although unlikely, if we are legally forced into another shut-down, we will transition to an online class format and ensure all members have the necessary equipment at home
