The Six-Week Bodyweight Ninja 101
The Six-Week Bodyweight Ninja is a program that can literally be done anywhere with absolutely zero equipment. The program consists of 24 training sessions:
- 4 Workouts per week, for 6 weeks
Every Axistence program is designed with QUALITY over quantity. The intent is to perform each repetition with damn-near perfect technique.
This particular program is not based on a specific number of sets and reps, but instead it's laid out in time periods. For instance, rather than performing a set of 10 reps, the athlete will complete as many quality reps as possible in a given time period.
Over the course of 6 weeks, the time periods will progress to more work and less rest.
