Athletics 101: Twelve One-On-One Personal Training Sessions
This is where we recommend everyone start. Although most people want to jump right into classes, in these 12 sessions, you'll receive the coaching that it took us decades to acquire. This is our most comprehensive course. If you haven't worked out in a few months and your goal is to get into group classes, this course will teach you everything you need to know. Group classes move pretty quickly and we want to make sure you're prepared! *Bonus, you can start attending class after your first six sessions (price included).

Athletics 201: Six One-On-One Personal Training Sessions
Our 201 course is a great option if you're currently training at a place like Orange Theory or F45. You're probably used to the group environment, but you may not be familiar with more technical movements like deadlifts or cleans. You'll be one-on-one with an expert during these six sessions so you can learn everything you need to know before stepping in to group class. It takes about three weeks.

Athletics 301: Three One-On-One Personal Training Sessions
This 3-session test out is designed around the experienced athlete. We'll polish up your technique and share a few of the aspects of our programming that might be new to you. If snatches, toes to bar, and Turkish get-ups are old

Getting Started: Here's the process.
1. Initial Strategy Session. After you fill out our form to Get Started started, we'll schedule you to come in for a no-sweat-intro with a coach. We'll chat about your experience, your goals, and any obstacles that might be in your way. You're welcome to try a free Saturday class or move right into the pipeline.
2. Skills Training (a.k.a. The Pipeline). Based on your goals and level of experience, we'll choose which option is best for you (Athletics 101, 201, or 301). When you're done, you can make a decision about full-fledged membership. Jump to membership options and pricing.
3. Come to Class. If you join after completing the Skill Training, then you can come to any group class you want. We offer five classes a day throughout the week and one class on Saturday. See the class schedule.
