Getting Started: Here's the process.
1. Initial Strategy Session. After you fill out our form to get started, we'll schedule you to come in for a no-pressure chat with a coach about your experience, your goals, and any obstacles that might be in your way. You're welcome to try a free Saturday class or move right into the pipeline.
2. Skills Training (a.k.a. The Pipeline). Based on your level of experience, we'll recommend some introductory classes to learn the movements. If you're experienced, we may recommend a few sessions to polish your technique and hone in on your goals. When you're done, you can make a decision about full-fledged membership. 3. Come to Class. If you join after completing the Skill Training, then you can come to any group class you want. We offer five classes a day throughout the week and one class on Saturday. See the class schedule.

Six 60-minute sessions for $399
Advanced Skills Training. You're experienced and we understand you want to get into class as soon as possible. This course is designed to polish up your technique and share a few of the aspects of our programming that might be new to you. It'll take about two weeks to complete your one-on-one sessions with one of our coaches.

Full Membership. Unlimited classes every week. Six-month and One-Year Agreements ranging from $165-$179.
Part-time Membership. Eight classes a month. Six-month Agreement for $135/month.
Punchcard. Get an 18-punch pass that lasts 3 months for $299.
Personal Training. Just you and your coach. One 60-min. session for $95, Four pack for $380, Eight pack for $600.

- Early Graduation from Skills Training Course. If you finish your skills training early, you get free unlimited access to the training center until your membership starts.
- Personal Coach Program. Your personal coach will provide accountability and ensure consistency.
