$269 FOR 3 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS + 1 MONTH OF UNLIMITED CLASSES - We’ll work with you 1:1 to teach you our fundamental movements and/or how to work around any physical limitations or injuries. You can do the 1:1 sessions prior to joining group classes, or concurrently to attending class. These sessions will meet you where you are. They are great for seasoned athletes looking to get their movement tuned up, or newer athletes wanting to feel confident moving into group training.
If needed, we can add more sessions to really hone your skills.

1. Initial Strategy Session. After you fill out our form to Get Started started, we'll schedule you to come in for a no-sweat-intro with a coach. We'll chat about your experience, your goals, and any obstacles that might be in your way. You're welcome to try a free Saturday class or move right into the pipeline.
2. Training prescription - Based on your goals and level of experience, we'll choose which option is best for you. When you're done, you can make a decision about full-fledged membership. Jump to membership options and pricing.
3. Come to Class. Get yourself in and start training. We offer multiple group class and open gym sessions throughout the week. See the class schedule.
