What to Expect
Our workouts are a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics/bodyweight training, fieldwork with odd object lifting/climbing, parkour (natural human movement), as well as metabolic conditioning (um, sweating) to get you fit enough to do the things you want to do.
We offer regular classes throughout the week with open gym on Wednesdays, plus optional excursions, like ice climbing or rafting, and specialty classes on subjects like nutrition, running technique, self-defense and wilderness survival.
We also have gym-sponsored social events throughout the year, and our members are tight. Expect to get invited to a number of off-the-books events like weekend hikes and post-workout beers.

There is a real feeling of community at the gym. Having friends that you look forward to seeing makes it even easier to get up the energy to workout.
