8 Week Youth Course - Winter 2023 Session
We have three primary goals with Axistence Kids:
1. Kids have fun 2. Kids learn quality functional movements 3. Kids evolve their perspective on what is possible for them Fitness for Kids has amazing benefits including building self confidence, teamwork, fitness and strength. Axistence is an awesome off-season training program and will contribute to making your kids better at all other sports! Class description: Join Coach Lisa & Coach Sara for a 60 minutes class that includes a warm up, skill session, workout and game. As previously stated, your child’s safety is paramount to the coaches. Sample Class Breakdown: 10 min- Warmup 15 min- Skill Session 15 min- Workout 15 min- Game 5 min- Cooldown |

Coach Lisa
My name is Dr. Lisa Goodman. I have been a Doctor of Chiropractic specializing in sports and pediatrics since 2006. As an athlete, fitness has changed my life, which is why I have such a strong passion for introducing the kids in our community to their potential through movement, fitness, and community. I have been running Kids classes for over 3 years, it started as a 'backyard' fitness class in 2018
