Kettlebells....

They're a tool that we believe should be in every Adventure Athlete's toolbox. But where should you start and what should you shoot for?

Great questions :) 

Here are our recommendations:

At least 1 Bell heavy enough to swing:

Practical Men (35-53)
Practical Women (26-35)

Tactical Men (53-72)
Tactical Women (35-53)

*Über Tactical:
Men 106#
Women 72#

At least 1 Bell for presses/snatches and or get-ups:

Practical Men (26-35)
Practical Women (18-26)

Tactical Men (35-53)
Tactical Women (26-35)

*Über Tactical:
Men 72#
Women 53#
