It's the start of a new year. 

You probably felt a renewed sense of...."I should be better." or "I need to make a change." "It's time for the NEW me!"

If the "new you" you're seeking involves one of the following:
     - Looking better
     - Feeling better
     - Thinking better
     - Performing better
     - Accomplishing more
    - Just being an all around better human

Then a great place to start is with what you're feeding your body. 

And although what you feed your body also includes, the media you consume, people you surround yourself with, and how many unsolved murder documentaries you watch, today we're just discussing the basics...

Food. 

Ok, so where do I start?

There are 4 Words that will lead you closer to nutritional health, the body you want, and the energy & vitality you’ve been seeking.

Just.

Eat.

REAL.

Food.

Like the most profound wisdom in life, it’s often extremely simple…

And underwhelming.

BUT, like most profound wisdom in life…when you finally GET it, it can be life-changing.

So you’re probably wondering, “What do you mean by, “”Real Food””?”

Single ingredient items.

What are the ingredients of an apple?
“Apple.”

What are the ingredients of a steak?
“Beef.”

What are the ingredients of celery?
“A mulitudinal structure of fibrous strands of cell walls, and dihydrogen monoxide.”

Kidding…it’s celery.

Salad is acceptable, since it’s just a mix of single ingredient items, so for all intents and purposes it is considered, “real food.”
