We mix it up from day to day, but most workouts of the day (WODs) at Axistence have certain components in common.

Our coaches plan WODs seasonally to help members get stronger and faster. We measure our efforts by "testing" periodically. This just means we do one workout at the beginning of a season, then do that same workout again at the end to see how it compares. We can tell you all about how and why we plan the workouts the way we do, but the key things to know are these:
