by Dan Jimenez & Ryan Humphries Community. It’s not just the latest buzzword. It’s more than just a fad. It’s not just one of the core values at Axistence, it’s something that could literally save your life. A solid community could add years to your life and life to your years. "Axistence members have access to custom fitness classes, physical and nutritional health coaching, outdoor excursions and an awesome group of people there to cheer you on. Learn more about membership." Around the world, there are these areas where it’s not uncommon to find humans living well into their 90’s and 100’s in excellent health. Six of these areas have been studied extensively and are referred to as “Blue Zones.” Researchers have been studying the people in these areas for years, hoping to uncover the secret formula for longevity. What is it that keeps people healthy and happy for a century? Regardless of diet, exercise, or genetics, one of the things that all of these people and places have in common is the fact that they belong to a community. The second biggest commonality was a sense of purpose. Not sure about your purpose? Check in with your community! "Axistence takes the training center or “box gym” concept so much further. We nurture community – a community that helps members set goals and get in shape, inside and out, to achieve them." Philosopher Jim Rohn used to say, “You’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” This maxim is one that the most successful people live by. Whether it’s your attitude, hobbies, outlook on life, political views, or even your net-worth, these are all influenced by the people you are around most often. Your community has so much influence over WHO YOU BECOME, that you need to be vigilant about who you let in. There are 7 billion people on this planet so there are plenty of communities to belong to. Careful which ones you choose... Hang out with four people who eat donuts every morning and we can probably figure out what you’re eating for breakfast. On the other hand, if you’re keeping company with people looking to live the live they were intended for, to make a difference in the world, it’s likely that you too will start making a difference. Hang out with those who want to live their most active existence and, well, you get the point. At Axistence, there is a community of people who care about their health, performance, their ability to be self-reliant (while still understanding the importance of team), getting outdoors, and living life to it’s fullest. These are some of the people that influence you everyday. They celebrate your achievements, share laughs, will listen to you when you’ve had a bad day, and they are there to pick you up when you fall. Together, we are stronger. Together, we will live longer. Together, we will live our fullest life… our most active existence. Who are the people you surround yourself with? Are they making you better? Or worse? Discover Axistence today. Reshape your tribe. Reshape your life.
